Sometimes I love the idea of makeup being a little bit messy. Mascara is the best cosmetic to achieve this look.
For this look, apply multiple coats of mascara, deliberately clumping the lashes together and tapping the skin under the lower lashes with the end of the wand. Careful though you don’t want to be too messy too.
